Roles and responsibilities of this job

We are seeking a friendly, professional, and well-organized Receptionist to be the first point of contact. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a pleasant personality, and the ability to manage front desk operations efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and assist students, visitors, and clients warmly and professionally
Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries in a timely manner
Provide accurate information about courses, admissions, and services
Maintain student records, appointments, and front desk documentation
Support administrative tasks and coordinate with internal departments
Ensure the reception area is organized and presentable at all times
Assist in scheduling meetings and consultations
Perform basic data entry and reporting tasks

Job Specification

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Higher Secondary (+2/A Levels/IB)

Required Experience:More than 1 year

Other Specification

Minimum +2 or Bachelor’s degree preferred
Prior experience in a receptionist or administrative role is an advantage
Strong communication skills in English and Nepali (Japanese language is a plus)
Basic computer knowledge (MS Word, Excel, Email handling)
Friendly, presentable, and customer-focused personality
Ability to multitask and work efficiently
