Job Description

  • Greet and welcome visitors in a warm and friendly manner and direct them to the appropriate person or office.
  • Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls in a professional manner.
  • Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk.
  • Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail/deliveries.
  • Schedule appointments and maintain appointment calendars.
  • Perform clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, transcribing, and faxing.
  • Keep updated records of office expenses and costs.
  • Assist with administrative tasks and provide support to the management team as needed.
  • Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
  • Monitor and order office supplies.
