Job Description

  • Greet and welcome visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Answer and direct incoming calls promptly and professionally.
  • Assist visitors with inquiries and direct them to the relevant departments or individuals.
  • Schedule appointments and coordinate meeting rooms for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Provide general administrative support, including handling mail, courier deliveries, and other clerical tasks.
  • Act as a liaison between visitors and the appropriate personnel within the organization.
  • Maintain a log of incoming and outgoing visitors.
  • Respond to inquiries and requests from clients, candidates, and other individuals in a courteous and helpful manner.
  • Monitor and control access to the premises, ensuring the security and safety of the office.
  • Handle multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize workload effectively.
