  • +2 completed or Bachelor running.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office package.
  • Hands-on experience with office equipment (e.g. fax machines and printers).

Job Description

  • Answer phone, take messages, in a professional manner and routing calls as necessary.
  • Duly perform assigned tasks by the other team member.
  • Organize and maintain files and records; update when necessary.
  • Create and maintain updated documents and spreadsheets.
  • Communicate with clients/ customers in regards to their query with detailed information via email or telephone and forward to the concerned team member.
