Job Description

Roles and responsibilities of this job

Serve visitors by greeting, welcoming and providing detailed information about the services rendered by the organisation
Manage telephone calls including answering telephone calls, transfer calls, taking messages, maintaining telephone numbers and placing phone calls as requested
Coordinate incoming & outgoing mail and deliveries including sending & receiving mail and faxes
Schedule appointments, and maintaining records and accounts
Identifying and assessing customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction and setting specific customer service standards
Maintaining the reception area
Organise documentation and files for billing, customer and client records, etc.
Perform other related duties as assigned

Job Specification

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Higher Secondary (+2/A Levels/IB)

Required Experience:More than or equal to 1 year

Other Specification

Knowledge of Basic Microsoft Package
Prior experience in the health sector would be an added advantage
Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills
Pleasant personality, fast learner and result oriented
Should be smart, outspoken and with pleasant personality
Should have a good knowledge of customer services
