Job Description

  • Handling the day-to-day work schedule of the Chairman and the CEO
  • Knowing and complying with meeting notice requirements and ample time to conduct the meetings
  • Arranging the logistics of transportation, lodging, venue sites, and food
  • Responsible for taking meeting minutes of Chairman and CEO's meetings
  • Maintaining important corporate documents and records
  • Carrying out administrative and clerical duties
