Job Description

Purpose: The position holder will be responsible to manage the front desk by handling the telephone calls, visitors, mails and sponsor child gifts at Country Office.

Term and Location: Fixed term employment for 3 years based in Plan Nepal Country Office, Lalitpur. 

Required Qualifications & Experiences:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration/ Business Studies and equivalent.  
  • At least 2 years relevant working experience in a similar role.
  • Experience of dealing and handling telephone call effectively. 
  • Ability to screen and filter calls/visitors and communicate effectively.
  • INGO work experience preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle all incoming and outgoing telephone calls ensuring clear and effective communication. 
  • Welcome visitors, screen their appointments and direct to concerned staff as advised.
  • Receive mail and documents, forward (without opening the contents) to the concerned persons/department.
  • Ensure effective visitor management by monitoring and maintaining visitor log book.
  • Recording of Sponsorship items and dispatching to the respective area offices and keeping track record.
