Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail oriented Receptionist to handle reception and accounting duties. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for patients, manage financial transactions, and maintain accurate records.

Responsibilities:

  • Greet patients, answer phone calls, and respond to queries
  • Handle incoming calls, provide information, and route them appropriately.
  • Manage cash handling, invoicing, and financial record-keeping
  • Maintain accurate accounting and financial records
  • Prepare financial daily as well as monthly reports and perform data entry tasks
  • Provide excellent customer service and ensure a positive patient experience.
  • Maintain patient confidentiality and manage medical records securely.
  • Coordinate patient flow with clinical staff to ensure timely service.
