Job Description

We are looking for a friendly, professional, and detail-oriented Receptionist to join our team. As the receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for guests, responsible for creating a welcoming atmosphere, managing check-ins and check-outs, and providing excellent customer service to enhance the guest experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcome guests upon arrival and complete the check-in/check-out process efficiently.
  • Verify guest identity, handle reservations, and ensure the accuracy of guest information.
  • Assign rooms to guests and provide keycards, hotel policies, and relevant information.
  • Answer guest inquiries regarding hotel facilities, services, local attractions, and any other information needed.
  • Address guest concerns or complaints professionally, ensuring customer satisfaction and resolution.
  • Handle telephone calls, emails, and other correspondence promptly and courteously.
  • Assist in managing reservations and ensuring rooms are booked accurately.
  • Update and maintain the hotel’s reservation system to reflect room availability and guest details.
