Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Real Estate Research Analyst at Alpha Capital Real Estate (ACRE). The Real Estate Research Analyst is responsible for gathering, analyzing, and interpreting market data to inform strategic decisions in the real estate sector. This role supports investment strategies, property acquisitions, and market positioning through in-depth research and analytical insights.

Qualifications

At least 2 years of experience in the real estate sector, preferably with a Bachelor's degree.
Effective communication, and market analysis skills.
Excellent research and due diligence capabilities.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Able to travel, must own a two-wheeler vehicle with a valid driver's license.
Hunger for intellectual growth and continuous learning.
