Roles and responsibilities of this job

We are seeking proactive and motivated Real Estate Agents to manage property listings, engage with clients, and facilitate buying, selling, and renting processes. The role requires strong communication and negotiation skills, a solid understanding of the local real estate market, and the ability to provide exceptional client service.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and acquire potential property listings and clients (buyers and sellers)
Conduct property viewings and provide accurate information to clients
Assist clients throughout the buying, selling, and renting process with professionalism and transparency
Negotiate deals to ensure favorable outcomes for all parties
Provide accurate area and market knowledge, including legal and financing aspects
Maintain and update property listings and client databases
Collaborate with the marketing team to promote listings and generate leads
Stay updated on market trends, pricing, and local property laws
Ensure client satisfaction through after-sale support and follow-ups
Represent Lalpurja Nepal professionally during field visits, meetings, and events

Job Specification

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than 1 year

Other Specification

Bachelor’s degree (completed or in progress) in Business, Marketing, or a related field
1–2 years of experience in sales, marketing, or real estate (preferred)
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Strong understanding of the local real estate market is an advantage
Ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously
Goal-oriented with a passion for achieving sales targets
Must have a personal vehicle and valid driving license
Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of basic digital marketing tools is a plus
