Roles and responsibilities of this job

Manage the end-to-end process for property sales, purchases, and rentals.
Conduct property viewings and present offerings to potential clients.
Build and maintain a strong network of clients and partners.
Negotiate deals and facilitate agreements between buyers and sellers.
Monitor property listings across various platforms.

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Higher Secondary (+2/A Levels/IB)

Required Experience:More than 2 years

Other Specification

Experience: Minimum of 2 years of proven experience as a Real Estate Agent or similar role.
Communication: Exceptional negotiation and communication skills in Nepali and/or English.
Licence: A valid driver's licence and own vehicle is mandatory for client meetings and property viewings.
Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and internet/email communication.
Presentation: Professional, well-groomed, and presentable personality.
Education: Minimum academic qualification of +2 or equivalent.
Initiative: Ability to work independently, meet tight deadlines, and achieve targets.

Preferred Qualifications (An Added Advantage):

Basic knowledge of Photoshop or other design software for creating simple marketing materials.
