Technical Requirement: 

• ReactJs
  
• NodeJs
  
• MongoDB
  
• (2-3 years experience in above fields)
  
• ReactNative
  
• Php (Wordress optional)
  
• The position requires to work on React with Relay and GraphQL (programming) and later work with ReactNative with Relay and GraphQL.
  
• Programming under the supervision of a Tech lead

Mandatory Requirements:

• Working hours:8 hrs:9 am to 6 pm ( 1 hour break at 12 pm)
  
• Availability at 9 am sharp for scrum meetings every day. (online)
  
• Should be available online during work hours (9 am to 6pm)
  
• Weekend holidays: Saturday and Sunday
  
• Must have good bandwidth internet for meetings and work submissions. 
  
• Good communications in english

Hiring process and terms:

The candidates will be given a small test and a time frame in which they will have to complete and submit to us online. That will be the basis of hiring. If hired,after some time (probably few months) salary and position are promoted based on performance

Salary terms:

• 35,000 to 40,000 NPR or more initially based on test mentioned above , NPR 35,000 being the minimum salary for the position. (If the individual performs better in the test, then will be offered 40,000 or more)
  
• In few months, salary will raise up to 45,000 or more based on performance and contribution in the projects
  
• If the company let go of an employee hired after first contract ( which is of 3 months) because of unsatisfactory work, the company will provide 50% of the entitled salary after being let go
  
• The person should not be working with other companies while working with us

Note:

• The first contract will be offered of 3 months. When both parties want to continue working with each other by the end of 3 months,we extend the contract to 1 year and longer term thereafter
  
• The position and monthly salary will be raised more than 45,000 based on performance
  
• The test mentioned above is to check the technical capabilities of the individual (will be performed online)
  
• If an individual does not have experience in GraphQL and Relay but is enthusiastic to learn and work quickly, we are open to interview such candidates
