Department: Revenue Cycle Management (RCM)

Role overview:

The RCM (Revenue Cycle Management) Lead will oversee all revenue cycle operations, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency from insurance verification through collections. This leadership role will manage KPIs, provide training, and coordinate between the U.S. dental teams and the Nepal RCM team.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee day-to-day RCM workflows (front-end and back-end).
Set and monitor performance KPIs (A/R days, denial rate, first-pass resolution).
Provide training and onboarding for new hires.
Manage communication between U.S. clinics and Nepal team.
Review and approve SOPs, templates, and process updates.
Conduct monthly audits to ensure compliance with HIPAA and payer guidelines.

Job Specification

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than 3 years

Other Specification

3–5 years of U.S. dental or medical RCM experience
Strong knowledge of CDT coding, payer processes, and claim workflows
Experience with Open Dental or Dentrix preferred
Leadership and team management experience
Excellent English communication and problem-solving skills
