Minimum B.E. in Civil Engineering
Should have 1-2 years of work experience in construction field
Knowledge of IPC Quantity Survey, JMS, Variation order & Price adjustment, working drawing in Autocad

Preparation & verification of measurements, Contractors bills, material reconciliations, requisitions for work orders amendments etc.
Material inspection, estimation and costing analysis
Maintaining the all vendor details & coordination with accounts department
Preparing daily site progress report
Reconciliation of major materials
Identification & preparation of deviations, extra items, claims etc.
Preparation & analysis of rates on market, abstract, invoice (Certificate of payment)
