Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Quality Support Officer. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring client satisfaction through professional software service support, coordination with team members to enhance software functionalities, and maintaining superior service experiences for our valued clients.

 Key Responsibilities:

  • Software QA and Documentation 
  • Ensure clients satisfaction and provide professional software Service Support.
  • Coordination with Other Team members to resolve the issues or improve the software functionalities
  • Maintaining clients better service experience and enhancing relationship
  • Keeping records of service support log for better visualization.
  • Software user manual and training to clients. 
  • Weekly report on issues and suggestions for improvement.
  • Acknowledging and resolving clients issues as per company TAT.
