  • Should have 4+ years of working experience in  telecom site construction and familiar with telecom site design, quality standard and construction procedure
  • Should have good knowledge of civil, mechanical part and electrical part including lightning & grounding system
  • Fluency in speaking, reading and writing English and Nepalese language
  • It is preferred if he/she got related quality system training

Job Description

  • Collect & listen to voice of customer on quality requirements
  • Make project quality plan based on project delivery plan
  • Make quality standard & checklists with matching customer requirements and get approved by customer
  • Build up quality management procedure & system including internal team and sub-contractor management
  • Organize quality trainings and exams to internal teams and subcontractors on project quality standards and requirements
  • Support demo site construction and optimize quality standard & checklists if required
  • Quality checklist review and approval
  • Customer satisfaction evaluation and quality summary during project closure phase
  • Project quality management during site construction including site inspection and quality problem following-up and resolving
