Roles and responsibilities of this job

We are urgently seeking a highly skilled Quality Department Staff to ensure our products meet the highest standards of quality and safety. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, experienced in food technology or quality assurance, and able to work proactively to maintain compliance and product excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

Monitor production processes and perform quality checks to ensure compliance with company and regulatory standards.
Support product development and food technology projects.
Maintain accurate records of quality assessments and reports.
Coordinate with Procurement, Production, and Sales teams to ensure quality standards are maintained.
Provide solutions for quality-related issues and continuous improvement initiatives.

Job Specification

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than 2 years

Other Specification

Minimum 2–3 years of experience in quality assurance, food technology, or related field (FMCG experience preferred).
Strong understanding of food safety and quality standards.
Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Willingness to travel to markets outside Chitwan if required.
