• Have workable knowledge of Illustrator and Photoshop.
• Be fully responsible for delivering highest quality floorplans to the customers.
• Have had a supervisory role which includes but not limited to proper assignment and management of workload, answer questions and solve issues.
• Ability to develop and train a young team of drafters by providing technical guidance with regular monitoring.
• Be accountable.
• Have had experience in drafting floorplans yourself.
