Job Description

  • Collection and analysis of raw materials and finished feed analysis data on a daily/weekly/monthly basis from all concern feed mills and submitting it for review
  • To Plan and organize for instrument and equipment calibration
  • Providing standard specifications for various analytical equipment, chemicals, glassware, reagents, etc., to feed labs
  • Collecting stock data on a weekly basis on raw materials, finished feed, premixes and taking follow up action to implement FIFO
  • Reviewing the quality, quantity and cost of all laboratory chemicals, reagents purchased in labs
  • To send samples to an external lab as per the instruction of the manager and compare the results.
  • Monitoring the effective functioning of equipments
  • Investigating the feed complaint
