Job Description

  • Familiar with cement concrete mix design, asphalt concrete mix design, various related tests, subgrade quality control, and can use computer to make English version reports, fluent in English and easy to communicate with consultants.
  • Civil engineering in materials, with a higher degree
  • Develop and enforce quality control standards and procedures 
  • Monitor construction activities to ensure compliance with quality standards 
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure projects are on track 
  • Analyze and report on quality control issues 
  • Oversee and review inspections and tests 
  • Identify and investigate potential quality issues 
  • Develop and implement corrective actions
