We are seeking a passionate and experienced Quality Assurance Lead with a strong emphasis on automation to join our growing team. In this role, you will lead our QA efforts, ensuring the high quality of our SaaS application through comprehensive automation testing strategies.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a robust test automation strategy covering functional, non-functional, and API testing for our SaaS application.
• Lead the selection, implementation, and maintenance of automated testing frameworks and tools such as Selenium, Cypress, and JMeter.
• Create and maintain automated test scripts for various functionalities, including stress, load, and performance testing scenarios.
• Foster a culture of automation within the QA team, providing training and mentorship on best practices and Agile methodologies.
• Collaborate closely with developers to ensure code is testable, secure, and supports automation efforts.
• Integrate automated testing into the CI/CD pipeline to facilitate continuous testing and deployment.
• Analyze test automation results, identify areas for improvement, and refine automation scripts for optimal efficiency.
• Manage and mentor a team of QA testers, emphasizing Agile practices and both manual and automated testing skills.
• Track and analyze QA metrics to report progress and identify areas for further enhancement.
• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams including developers, product managers, and stakeholders.
• Stay updated on the latest trends in automation testing tools, methodologies, and best practices specific to SaaS applications.

Required Qualification

• Bachelor's in Engineering/Computer Science.
• 4 years of experience in software QA, with 2 years in a lead role focused on automation testing.
• Proven track record in developing and executing automated test scripts using frameworks like Selenium, Cypress, etc., covering UI, API, and performance testing.
  
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycles (SDLC), Agile methodologies, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience managing and mentoring QA teams in Agile environments.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in bug tracking tools and methodologies.
• Experience with stress, load, and performance testing tools and methodologies is a plus.
