Quality Assurance Officer

Job Summary:

The Quality Assurance Officer will be responsible for assuring the quality of care through onsite monitoring of quality of services at Sangini outlets in their respective assigned areas. S/he will also be responsible for coordinating with districts stakeholders including government line agencies, NGOs and other partners working in the area of family planning and reproductive health. The Quality Assurance Officer continually assess the quality of care of Sangini outlets and identify the gaps and provide technical assistance to improve it.

S/he communicates with the ‘Quality Assurance Manager’ for guidance and support to create enabling environment for implementing quality service in Sangini Outlets.

Minimum Qualifications:

BSc. Nursing /Bachelor of Public Health (BPH) from a recognized institution

Experience and Competencies

At least 3-years experience of working in family planning and reproductive health at the field level
Good writing and speaking skills in Nepali and English
Proficiency in using computers (e.g. MS Word, Excel, Power Point etc.)
Valid motorbike driving license
Willingness to travel extensively in remote areas
