Job Title: Quality Analyst

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field
• Minimum 3 years of relevant Quality Analyst experience
• Attributes: inquisitive, determined, diligent, open-minded
• Skills: logical thinking, tactfulness, problem-solving, self-learning
• Strong desire for continuous learning and career growth

Key Responsibilities:

• Understanding and clarifying project requirements
• Conducting quality tests for each sprint and release
• Collaborating with project stakeholders to resolve technical challenges.
• Supporting Engineering Manager in project assessment
• Assisting in the preparation and fulfillment of professional development plans

Impact Zone: Core Duties

• Ensuring clear understanding and ownership of project testing and reporting
• Generating queries to clarify project details.
• Discussing technical challenges with stakeholders
• Coordinating with project teams to ensure successful outcomes.
• Demonstrating excellent communication skills.

• Planning and executing quality testing activities.
• Developing detailed test plans and cases
• Identifying, documenting, and tracking bugs
• Conducting regression testing
• Improving project quality through investigation and feedback
• Reviewing specifications and design documents
• Collaborating with internal teams to meet system requirements.
• Strong teamwork, initiative, and accountability
• Delivering product demos for quality assurance.
