We are seeking a QA Engineer with over 7+ years of experience to join our dynamic team. In this role, we are looking for a skilled QA Engineer to join our quality assurance team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of our software applications. You will develop and execute test plans, identify and report bugs, and work closely with the development team to resolve issues and improve the overall user experience. 

The ideal candidate should have international exposure and a background of working in a Tech Company. Collaborating closely with team members and stakeholders. Furthermore, we value a candidate who is a quick learner and willing to adapt to various technology stacks as required. 

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and execute detailed test cases, scripts, and data sets to ensure comprehensive test coverage. 
• Perform extensive testing, including functional, integration, regression, and performance testing, to ensure compliance with specified requirements and quality standards. 
• Identify, document, and track software defects using bug-tracking tools. 
• Work with development teams to analyze and resolve issues, providing detailed defect reports with steps to reproduce. 
• Automate test cases to improve test coverage and efficiency. 
• Explore and implement innovative testing methodologies, best practices, and industry standards to enhance the overall QA process and product quality. 
• Maintain and enhance the automated test framework. 
• Ensure test environments are properly configured and maintained. 
• Conduct root cause analysis on identified defects and generate comprehensive reports. 
• Stay updated on the latest QA methodologies, tools, and industry best practices. 
• Utilize knowledge of Large Language Models (LLM) through prompt engineering. 
• Create and maintain automated test scripts and tools. 

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in software quality assurance and testing. 
• Proficiency in writing and executing test plans and test cases. 
• Strong knowledge of manual and automated testing methodologies. 
• Experience with automation testing.
• Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and QA processes. 
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. 
• Ability to write clear, concise, and comprehensive test documentation. 
• Strong verbal and written communication skills. 
• Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality results. 
• Experience working with AWS Services would be a plus. 
• Demonstrates excellent verbal and written communication skills, ensuring clear and effective communication with team members, clients, and other stakeholders. 
• Stays current with industry trends and emerging technologies within the Cloud ecosystem, showcasing a commitment to continuous learning and professional development. 

Nice to Have: 

• Understanding of complementary cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform). 
• Familiarity with modern software development practices such as Agile, Scrum, Kanban, and CI/CD 
• Familiarity with project management tools such as ClickUp, Azure DevOps.
