We are seeking a passionate and detail-oriented Junior Quality Assurance Analyst to join our growing team. You will play a vital role in ensuring the quality and functionality of our web and mobile applications by designing and executing comprehensive test plans.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop test plans, test cases, and test scripts based on project requirements and specifications.
• Execute test cases across various platforms (web, mobile) to identify bugs, defects, and usability issues.
• Document and report test results clearly and concisely using bug tracking tools.
• Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback on potential quality issues.
• Collaborate effectively with developers and designers to ensure timely resolution of identified bugs.
• Stay up-to-date on the latest QA methodologies and tools.
• Write and maintain automated test scripts using relevant frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Cypress).
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of the QA process at Featherwebs.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in Quality Assurance testing of websites, web applications, or mobile applications.
• Proficiency in writing clear and concise test cases.
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and testing methodologies (e.g., black-box testing, white-box testing).
• Experience with automated testing frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Cypress).
• Familiarity with performance testing principles is a plus.
• Experience with Git version control system is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Experience with PHP (Laravel), Python, and ReactJS is a plus.
