Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly qualified and experienced QC Manager to join our team at our Factory in Gaindakot-13, Beldia, Nawalpur. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring the quality and compliance of our pharmaceutical products through effective management of quality control processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• MSc with 5-10 years of relevant experience or B Pharm/M Pharm with council registration and 2-5 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
  
• Proficient in operating and overseeing analytical instruments, including Infrared Spectroscopy (IR), High-Performance Liquid Chromatography (HPLC), and Ultraviolet Spectroscopy (UV).
  
• Conduct GMP/GLP audits to ensure strict adherence to regulatory standards and quality requirements.
  
• Manage and oversee the implementation of quality control procedures and protocols to guarantee the consistency and reliability of our pharmaceutical products.
  
• The job is located at our Factory in Gaindakot-13, Beldia, Nawalpur, requiring the candidate to be based or willing to relocate to this location.
  
• Provide effective leadership to the QC team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
  
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including production, research and development, and regulatory affairs, to ensure seamless communication and coordination.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Strong educational background with an MSc or B Pharm/M Pharm degree.
• Extensive hands-on experience with IR, HPLC, and UV instruments.
• In-depth knowledge of GMP/GLP standards and regulatory requirements.
• Proven track record in quality control management within the pharmaceutical industry.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
