Graduate in Engineering/Computer Science with 2-5 years of relevant experience.
Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
Hands-on experience with both white box and black box testing.
Solid knowledge of SQL and scripting.
Experience in writing clear, concise, and comprehensive test plans and test cases.
Strong analytical skills with demonstrated attention to detail.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills and time management skills.
Experience with performance and/or security testing is a plus.

Job Description

Review requirements, specifications, and technical design documents to provide timely and meaningful feedback.
Create detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured test plans, test cases and execute automated test scripts using tools such as Cyprus or Selenium.
Conduct performance and load testing using tools like JMeter or LoadRunner.
Estimate, prioritize, plan and coordinate testing activities.
Design, develop and execute automation scripts using open-source tools.
Identify, record, document, and track bugs and issues through JIRA or similar tools.
Perform thorough regression testing when bugs are resolved.
Collaborate with development teams to ensure automation coverage is integrated into the continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.
Develop and apply testing processes for new and existing products to meet client needs.
Track quality assurance metrics, like defect densities and open defect counts.
Investigate customer problems referred by technical support.
Perform initial debugging procedures by reviewing configuration files, logs, or code pieces to determine the breakdown source.
Participate in code reviews and provide feedback from a QA automation perspective.
Mentor and guide junior QA team members on best practices in test automation.
