Department: Software Engineering Team 

We are looking for a Software Engineer who is passionate about testing web application and tools.

Roles & responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the team to design, build, test, deploy and ship Timesys tools and solutions.
• Design automation testing tools to reduce manual testing efforts.
• Create Maintain test cases and test plan documents.
• Work closely with the development team to understand how changes in the software product affects the maintenance of test scripts.

Skills required :

• 4+ years of hands-on expertise in Automation and API Testing that includes developing automation test scripts, updating the existing regression scripts identifying regression scripts, test execution, and defect management.
• Expertise in Web app UI testing with Selenium and Python.
• Hands-on Performance and load testing of Web apps.
• Basic scripting knowledge (preferably BASH).
• Ability to write detailed test plans, test scripts, and reports and execute test plans and document results.
• Hands-on experience with requirements, test execution & defect tracking.
• Ready to learn new tools and technologies.
• Strong analytical skills are required to understand, diagnose, and resolve complex technical issues.
• Ability to work both independently and in a collaborative environment.
• Knowledge of CI systems like Gitlab or Jenkins.

Nice to have skills:

• Knowledge of Git or any code versioning tool is a  plus
