Job Title QA & BA Engineer

Education: Bachelor's Degree in IT, degree not a constraint for experienced candidate

Experience: 2+ years (preferable for prior experience in the fintech field )

Job Responsibility

• Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes
• Conduct various tests for systems integration, UI, applications, databases, and API.
• Serve as a liaison between the business team & developers, writing business requirement documents & feedback on application readiness for deployment.
• Handling 3rd party merchants on various integrations.
• Experience in writing clear, concise, and comprehensive test plans and test cases
• Hands-on experience with both white box and black box testing
• Hands-on experience with automated testing tools
• Solid knowledge of SQL and scripting
• Perform hands-on manual testing while scripting automated tests to ensure application functionality, performance, and security.
• Continuously develop and socialize best practices for the design and development of robust and easily maintainable QA Automation Suites.
• Be involved in all phases of the agile software development lifecycle
• Write clean, high-quality scripts that test product functionality automatically.
• Identify specific cases that should be automated and discuss them with the QA Team.
• Develop the best automation solutions based on the client’s requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (developers, product managers, business Team) to find ways on how automation can improve the workflow.
• Take part in brainstorms to come up with new ideas and designs that improve existing features.
