Job Description

Roles and responsibilities of this job

Request and collect quotations from multiple suppliers for comparison and evaluation.
Finalize purchase orders and track order status to ensure timely delivery.
Reconcile order details with final bills to verify quantity, rate, and quality as per the agreed terms.
Ensure proper follow-up and compliance with supplier contracts and agreements.
Monitor and manage payment reminders for periodic expenses and other purchase/sales-related transactions.
Maintain a database of vendors and build long-term supplier relationships.
Collaborate with the finance and inventory departments for accurate records and timely payments.

Qualifications & Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum 1 years of experience in procurement, purchasing, or a similar role.
Strong understanding of purchase processes, inventory control, and supplier management.
