Job Description

Preparing plans for the purchase of a wide range of products
Prepare reports on purchases including cost analysis
Find potential vendors and suppliers
Review and analyze all vendors/suppliers, supply, and price options
Managing inventories and maintaining accurate purchase and pricing records
Ensure that all purchasing is in compliance with regulations and laws related to purchasing practices and in accordance with Stuti Mero Mart standard practices
Work out agreements with suppliers, such as when products will be delivered
Track orders and ensure timely delivery
Maintaining and updating supplier information such as delivery times, product ranges, etc.
Maintaining good supplier relations
