Job Description

The Public Relations Officer / Recruitment Officer will be responsible for promoting the ongoing requirements, sourcing qualified candidates, and building strong relationships with candidates. This role demands proactive networking, communication, and recruitment expertise to drive successful candidate placements.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract qualified and diverse candidates.
  • Represent Lucky HR Solution professionally in meetings, events, and communications with clients, candidates, and partner agencies.
  • Source and evaluate candidates through multiple channels, ensuring strong alignment with role and company culture.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, institutions, and external partners.
  • Maintain accurate recruitment data, documentation, and candidate records in company databases.
  • Support company branding efforts through social media engagement, outreach campaigns, and promotional activities.
  • Coordinate and brief candidates on job roles, interview schedules, and company expectations.
  • Ensure timely communication, follow-up, and reporting of recruitment activities and outcomes.
  • Prioritize recruitment projects efficiently and report daily progress to supervisors.
