Job Description

The PR and Marketing Manager will be closely working with the MD, Asia Team and our PR Agencies in Nepal to build and implement our PR and Offline Marketing strategies.

Job Responsibilities

  • Work with MD, Asia Team and local PR agencies to build PR and Offline Marketing strategy for Kaymu Nepal and implement it
  • Write press releases and distributing them to national and international journalists and bloggers
  • Build strong networks with national and international media groups and journalists
  • Plan and run various online campaigns as well as offline marketing activities such as events, advertisements, banners, sponsorships and media coverage
  • Build partnership with major vendors and brands for co-marketing opportunities and sale events
  • Oversee all creatives for online campaigns,  social media posts, blogs and advertisement to improve brand recognition and reputation of Kaymu
  • Ensure consistent messaging and brand image across all channels

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

  • Pleasing personality, outgoing nature and excellent interpersonal skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, both in English and Nepali
  • Proven skills in PR and Marketing backed by at least 2 years of relevant experience
  • Analytical and data driven with knowledge in various marketing and PR approaches
  • Holistic approach towards marketing and PR.
  • Proactive and able to work both independently and within a team
