Job Description

We are seeking experienced Public Relations Officer (PRO) to join our manpower agency team. The ideal candidates will have strong experience in the manpower/recruitment sector, handling documentation, liaison, and public relations activities with professionalism and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle all documentation and administrative tasks related to overseas recruitment processes.
Liaise with government offices, embassies, and other authorities to ensure smooth processing of documents.
Communicate effectively with clients, candidates, and stakeholders regarding recruitment procedures.
Maintain accurate records of all documentation and ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
Build and maintain strong professional relationships to support smooth recruitment operations.
Provide regular updates and reports to management on documentation and process status.
