Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities :

Customer Service:

  • Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries efficiently.

Administrative Support:

  • Maintain and manage appointment schedules and bookings.
  • Keep the reception area organized and presentable.

Coordination:

  • Provide support to other departments as required.
  • Assist in handling correspondence and documentation.

Record Keeping:

  • Maintain visitor logs and other front desk records.
  • Ensure accurate data entry and filing of documents.
