Job Summary:

We are seeking a talented and results-driven Public Relations Manager with at least five years of experience in hospitality PR. This role will be responsible for managing our public image, creating strategic communication plans, and building strong media relationships. The ideal candidate will have an extensive background in managing PR campaigns, handling media inquiries, and driving brand awareness in the hospitality industry.

Key Responsibilities:

Media Relations:

  •  Build strong relationships with media outlets and influencers, secure positive coverage, and organize press events.

Brand Strategy and Communication:

  •  Develop and execute PR campaigns, create press releases, and align messaging with brand values

Crisis Management:

  •  Handle media inquiries and safeguard the hotel’s reputation during crises.

Event Promotion:

  •  Coordinate with marketing to promote events, launches, and VIP gatherings

Social Media and Content Creation:

  • Work with the digital team to create engaging content and manage online reputation.

Reporting and Analysis:

  • Analyze PR effectiveness, track media coverage, and report on campaign performance

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in public relations, Journalism, Communications, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in public relations, with a proven track record in the hospitality industry.
  • Strong knowledge of media landscapes, particularly within the hospitality and tourism sectors.
  • Excellent communication, writing, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude.
  • Familiarity with social media trends and digital marketing strategies.
  • Experience in crisis communication and brand management.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external partners.

Preferred:

  • Experience with luxury or five-star hospitality brands.
  • Established relationships with key media and influencers in the hospitality industry.
