  • Proficient in using Microsoft office package
  • Good written and verbal communication skills both in Nepali and in English
  • Pleasant and friendly, extrovert personality, with the ability and willingless to provide basic counselling to the youth coming to the SIBI Hub
  • Working knowledge of Knowledge of video production and editing and of design software (e.g. Photoshop) will be an added qualification

Job Description

  • Handle the front desk, entertain calls and visitors (volunteers/guests) at the SIBI Hub
  • Provide information and counselling about the products and services offered by SIBI- Hub to visitors, especially the youth
  • Provide logistic support to organize events happening at SIBI Hub
  • Maintain and constantly improve the look and feel of SIBI Hub and its other branch offices
  • Assist in media outreach and research about media coverage on a regular basis
  • Handle and maintain the inventory of communication tools and materials and disseminate them as required
  • Edit and archive communication materials (pictures and videos) in a systematic manner
