Roles and responsibilities of this job

As a Public Relation Officer, you will play a vital role in promoting our company and building relationships with the public, media, and other stakeholders. We are looking for a candidate who is passionate about the human resources industry and has a strong understanding of recruitment processes.

Responsibilities:

Receiving and sorting daily demand requirements
Receiving visitors at the desk by greeting, welcoming, directing and announcing them appropriately
Deal with inquiries in a professional and courteous manner in telephone and face-to-face
Answering calls, taking messages and handling correspondence
Build positive relationships with new agents
Provide customer with information about demands and workout to fulfill the timely requirement
Fulfill the demand requirements and manage the candidates at the time of interview
Collaborate with internal teams and maintain open communication with the management
Making timely deployment of the resourced workers without failure

Job Specification

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Higher Secondary (+2/A Levels/IB)

Required Experience:More than 1 year

Other Specification

Basic knowledge of computers with Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Effective communication skills
Smart personality with excellent interpersonal skills, positive attitude and desire to excel
Must have completed the Intermediate Level
At least 1 year of relevant work experience
