Terms and Location: Sindhupalchok, Deployment starting from November 1, 2015

Main Responsibilities / Duties

• Lead in operational planning, monitoring and evaluation and review processes of health/hygiene promotion activities
• Liaise and facilitate the implementation of health/hygiene promotion activities implemented and planned by partner organizations
• Support activities of capacity building measures for target group, local counterparts, partners and organization staffs related to activities, results, objectives and strategies
• Collect and analyze data related to project activities and assure timely report on progress and challenges
• Involve in the implementation of health/hygiene assessments and survey
• Liaise, develop and maintain good relationships among partners and networks, other professionals and government officers related to health/hygiene
• Engage in meetings, workshops and other forms of collaborations related to project
• Any other task assigned by the Program Coordinator or by the organization

Essential Qualifications

• Master degree in Public Health
• Minimum 5 year experience in implementing health/hygiene promotion projects
• Working experience with UN, INGO/ NGO will be an asset
• Strong written and spoken English skills (report writing, presentation and interpersonal communication)
• Strong capability in computer & IT applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Internet & Email etc)
• Willing to work in humanitarian programs and to travel to remote and difficult areas
• Capacity and keen interest to undertake capacity building activities for partner agencies and communities
• Ability to facilitate trainings and workshops for target groups and partner agencies
