Job Overview :- 7 full-time positions, based in provincial office (one each in province) with frequent field visits to local governments implementing SaMi) is responsible to build the capacity of psychosocial counsellors in providing psychosocial counselling service to the migrant workers and their families left behind. The local partner organizations/local governments recruit the social worker and they will be based in the concerned local governments. Supervisor is expected to support in training and continuous supervision of the psychosocial counselors at field level. Each psychosocial supervisor will have to support social workers of 5-6 districts (i.e. 20-24 social workers). Supervisor will be based in province 1, 2, 3, 4 and 5 while Dang will be based for project of Kailali, Banke, Dang, Rolpa and Salyan districts.
