Job Description

To provide advanced level Psycho Educational Counseling to individuals and groups, particularly in academic, career, and emotional development. The Senior Counselor will supervise junior counselors, contribute to program development, and ensure adherence to best practices in psychological care and education-based interventions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide individual and group counseling to students, adolescents, or clients facing academic, social, or emotional difficulties.
  • Develop and implement psycho-educational workshops, seminars, and outreach programs.
  • Conduct psychological assessments and interpret results to support academic planning or behavioral interventions.
  • Work collaboratively with educators, parents, and other professionals to create effective support plans for clients.
  • Maintain detailed and confidential case records in accordance with legal and ethical guidelines.
  • Supervise and mentor junior counselors and interns.
  • Participate in curriculum development and contribute to training modules for psycho-educational programming.
  • Stay updated on recent developments in counseling psychology, mental health education, and child/adolescent development.
  • Contribute to research and data analysis related to counseling outcomes and psychological well-being.
