Roles and responsibilities of this job

The Counselor will guide students through the entire process of selecting overseas education programs, preparing documentation, and applying for student visas. The role requires strong communication, counseling skills, and the ability to manage multiple student cases efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

Provide a safe, confidential, and encouraging environment for clients.
Help individuals overcome personal challenges and emotional difficulties.
Empower clients to make informed decisions rather than offering direct solutions.
Refer service users to relevant organizations when necessary.
Maintained accurate records and tracked the progress of clients.

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than 2 years

Other Specification

Education: Minimum Bachelor's degree in a related.
Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in counseling (Freshers are also encouraged to apply).

Preferred Attributes:

Ability to handle sensitive situations with professionalism.
Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
Experience in mental health, academic, or career counselling is an advantage.
