Job Description

Experience:

  • At least  five years of experience with local government or data driven projects. 

Education:

  • Master’s degree in development studies, statistics, law, public policy, public administration, political science, economics, statistics, international development, social sciences, or any other relevant field is preferred

Others:

  • The Provincial Program Officer will be responsible for leading, managing, coordinating, monitoring, and providing technical assistance for the implementation of specific program components and activities
  •  The Provincial Program Officer will assist in maintaining relations with program partners, provincial, and local government offices
  •  Supervise Field Coordinators, Consultants and Partners. Support collaboration with program team in program development, preparation of work plans, coordination and support
  •  The provincial program officer will develop and maintain relationship between elected representatives in provinces and selected municipalities, municipal officials, respective provincial government, other relevant stakeholders, and along with its implementing partners in that municipality
