 Role Description

This is a contract hybrid role for a Property Valuer, Draftsman, Designer, Architectural role at Tribhuvan University, IOE, Pulchowk Campus in Kathmandu. The role involves day-to-day tasks such as property valuation, drafting designs, communication with clients, providing customer service, and real estate appraisal. The position allows for flexibility with some remote work.

 Qualifications

• Property Valuation and Real Estate Appraisal skills
• Drafting, Designing, and Architectural skills
• Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
• Experience working as an Estate Agent
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
• Knowledge of Valuation principles and practices
• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or related field
• Certification in Real Estate Appraisal is a plus
