Job Description

We are seeking a motivated Property Sales Manager to join our growing team. The primary role is to generate qualified leads, match buyers with sellers, and deliver excellent customer service. This position requires a mix of 60% sales focus and 40% marketing skills, making it ideal for someone who is persuasive, people-oriented, and digitally savvy.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and generate leads for property buyers and sellers through online and offline channels.
  • Bring in qualified leads through digital marketing and digital platforms (social media, property listing sites, online ads, etc.).
  • Plan and run campaigns (ads, boosted posts, property promotions) to generate and nurture leads.
  • Build and maintain a strong database of clients interested in buying, selling, or renting properties.
  • Act as the primary contact point between property owners and potential buyers.
  • Showcase properties to interested clients and explain features, pricing, and benefits.
  • Negotiate terms between buyers and sellers to close deals effectively.
  • Maintain records of inquiries, leads, and conversions to track performance.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by providing honest, transparent, and professional guidance.
  • Collaborate with the Aavya Properties marketing team to run promotions and property listings.
