3–5 years of experience in a similar field such as residential sales, lettings, property administration, facilities management, operations, or team coordination.
Strong understanding of sales and lettings workflows (UK property market experience is an advantage).
Proficiency in CRM systems, MS Office, and digital communication tools.
Excellent organizational, time-management, and multitasking skills.
Strong attention to detail with the ability to meet deadlines accurately.
Professional communication and interpersonal skills.
Salary & Progression (NPR):
Initial salary: NPR 40,000
After probation & competency confirmation: NPR 45,000
High-performing candidates: Up to NPR 70,000
Performance bonuses & incentives:
Total earnings potential up to NPR 100,000+
Probation & Conditions:
3-month probation period.
Mandatory performance reviews at 30, 60, and 90 days.
Zero tolerance for critical errors during probation.
Confirmation and progression are strictly performance-based.
