We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Project Lead to oversee and manage our recruitment projects, ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality recruitment services.

Job Summary

The Project Lead - Recruitment will be responsible for leading recruitment projects from initiation to completion. This role requires strong project management skills, a deep understanding of the recruitment industry, and the ability to manage and inspire a team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in recruitment, project management, and stakeholder engagement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Project Management: Plan, execute, and oversee recruitment projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
  • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent and meet client needs.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and mentor the recruitment team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with clients to understand their recruitment needs and provide expert guidance on talent acquisition.
  • Process Improvement: Continuously evaluate and improve recruitment processes to enhance efficiency and candidate experience.
  • Data Analysis and Reporting: Analyze recruitment metrics and generate regular reports to inform decision-making and highlight key trends.
  • Compliance: Ensure all recruitment activities comply with relevant legal and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master’s degree or PMP certification is preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in the recruitment industry, with at least 2 years in a leadership or project management role.

Skills:

  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to develop and implement effective recruitment strategies.
  • Proficient in using recruitment software and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with data-driven decision-making.
  • Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
