Job Description

ime Bound Contract - Six months to One year.
Job Location: WVI-NER HQ, Lalitpur
Work Purpose: To provide overall support to the Shelter and Infrastructure (S&I) Manager and members of the project team in the areas of business development, project planning, reporting, monitoring and evaluation, coordination and project financial management.

Minimum Qualifications and Experience required:

  • Bachelor’s Degree (preferably Master’s) in Management, Business Administration or from recognized university with at least three years field experience in a variety of project and program management methodologies and tools.
  • Professional experience in an International Organisation in developing countries.
  • Experience with infrastructure programs is an advantage.
  • Ability to promote a culture of transparency and fairness is essential.
  • Willingness and ability to travel domestically and internationally, as necessary
  • Positive and encouraging thinker, able to build bridges and influence others
  • Excellent English & Nepali communication skills (oral and written)
  • Demonstrated proficiency in computer applications including use of Microsoft Office Suite
  • Have positive learning attitude and concern for the poor and vulnerable people
  • Have high level of integrity and honesty, self-motivated, confident, and independent
  • Committed to World Vision Core Values and Mission Statement
