Sambhav Nepal, located in Thamel, Kathmandu, founded and registered in Nepal wants to achieve grassroots reforms in education, poverty, health and sanitation, empowerment of women, various youth clubs, vocational skills and training programs to uplift the living condition of the people of Gorkha district. 

Our every works, initiations and project are centered only in Gorkha. Sambhav team is working closely together with the local community as well as the domestic and the international donors to bring developmental projects to the backward region of Gorkha. 

We have witnessed and more often than not, experienced firsthand, the hardships and other socio-economic issues that have impeded the prospects of growth.

Job Description

  • Coordinating and supervising the implementation of the project
  • Regularly visiting the field for the project
  • Ensuring all the required documentation of the project is appropriately maintained
  • Maintaining effective communication with various parties such as government officers and offices, community leaders, villagers and so on
  • Organizing, attending and participating in stakeholder meetings
  • Following up on important actions and decisions from meetings
  • Ensuring projects follow predetermined timeline
  • Providing administrative support as needed
  • Undertaking project tasks as required
  • Assess project risks and issues and provide solutions where applicable

Additional Notes:

  • The vacancy is for our ongoing project Himali Chhatrabas, which has the remaining time of 5 months
  • The selection process will be finalized within the month of Ashwin
  • Once this project is over, you could be assigned to our other projects
  • The salary isn’t inclusive of tax and it will be deducted from you pay each month as per the rules & regulations of Government of Nepal
